I’ve been waiting for Rider Kintoki FOREVER. When I originally started playing the game I didn’t take anything very seriously and would skip events (either because I wasn’t far enough in the story due to slacking or just because I didn’t/couldn’t farm them) and as such there are 3 “big mistakes” on my account all revolving around f2p servants tied to early/early-ish events. One is Santa Alter, one is Nobbu, and finally we have Rider Kintoki. Kintoki is one of my favorite servants but at the time of the original run of his event I didn’t know that because I hadn’t gotten far enough to meet him and by the time the rerun came around I was catching up but wasn’t able to do so in time for the event

Of the 3 Kintoki was the one I missed, so picking him up for sure. Will prob grab the others just for extra prisms and servant coins.

Full respect for Rider Kintoki but I’m hoping I can hold off until Evocation Festivals 4, 5, and 8 before I start using those Leaves of Evocation because that’s where the servants who I REALLY want are. I don’t know if I’ll have enough to get my full list otherwise.

- Chloe von Einsbern and Irisviel (Dress of Heaven), Festival 4.
- Ryougi Shiki (Assassin), Festival 5.
- Ishtar (Rider), Festival 8. These are my must have characters. The ones I would truly consider grailing to 100. Heck, maybe even Santa Artoria plus Jeanne d’Arc Alter Santa Lily from Festival 7 if I can swing it afterwards.

This is one of those moments I wish I could “phone a friend” who plays on JP to ask if there’ll be enough Leaves of Evocation available per festival to afford full upgrades for multiple servants. Too bad everybody I know that plays is on the NA server. 😅

I started FGO in the last week of the Garden of Sinners collab and my Assassin Shiki has been sitting at level 60 and NP1 for YEARS.
