Yamaha MT 07 | 1 Month Review

These are my thoughts on the 2023 Yamaha MT 07. A perfect motorcycle for the city, twisty back roads, and the short highway sprint. Agile, flickable, torquey, and FUN FUN FUN. Weather you are a new rider or a veteran, this bike will keep you thoroughly entertained and excited with every twist of the throttle.

11:55 2021 model, lights don't flop. Try pulling one out and pressing it back in. You may need something to press this; a flathead screwdriver works, but I use the handle of my knife.

20+ years of riding. Traded in my GSX-R1000 for the MT-07. Since I don’t do much highway riding, this is the absolute perfect bike for me. I agree with everything in the video. Kinda like the key placement too although I initially found it strange.

I tried a restricted version a week ago.
Bad things
1: seat is very hard
2: rear suspension sucks bad, it sends all vibrations and bumps from the road up to your back.
3: a lot of engine braking
4: like in the vid, blinkers just fall out of the mounts.

Good things
1: how flickebel it is, it makes you want to go to the twisties all the time, so fun and light
2: looks! I absolutely love the look of it.

I can’t say anything about the engine, since the one I tried was a A2 bike. And it felt really slow and needed torque to be fun.
