Audit Logs: Observe Model Updates for Individual Fields

A quick demo of our module Audit Logs, and how to customize it, if you want to observe (or stop observing) certain fields of certain models.

I notice that in the audit log only the updated "new value" is added into the log. However, it would be amazing to store the "previous" data before edited and the new data. A bit like "Git or Wiki" comparison. It would make more sense to me I guess. This might help the admin reviewing the audit log to see what the previous data was so that they can restore it in case of an error or something like that.
