My GBP has been disabled. I've done everything that support has asked but they still will not reinstate my business. I have reviews that will not show up. I'm at my wits end trying to deal with the incessant emails from support saying, "Sadly, we could not determine the existence of your business as per our checks". I've tried to review the guidelines and cannot find anything I've done wrong. My business profile was fine for a couple of years before this started.

After being listed for 12 years I was suspended by Google apparently for changing the business hours. A reinstatement request only results in an autoreply saying my locksmith business doesn't qualify for a listing. My phone is now practically dead and it seems I am now ruined. I have a question to you. If I have two different businesses in same location with same phone number, in that case, can Google suspend the GMB account ❓A business owner can have two business of different natures in same location. What is the problem of Google then ❓

Our GMB account was suspended. We immediately applied to be reinstated (with supporting photos of our business licence, business stationery, merchandise and promotional materials etc). After a year of having Google my business listing. Yesterday I got an email saying "this location has been suspended due to quality issues". I think it has to do with me having a service area business not a location where customers can come to but in my initial making of my Google my business listing I put my home address to get verified. I didn't know that u cant do that and need to not have a location address and only put in a service location. So I deleted the home location address and re submitted it to Google my business but they still said things aren't matching up. I'm confused now. Any help I'd appreciate

We used to be able to click a box that said something that this business doesn't provide services at the address, so it hid the address. Now we have to clear the address. That makes it impossible to verify the address. What gives?
