Hi Andy--all of your advice really works!! I was let go from a leading tech company as part of a large layoff. After watching your videos, I landed an offer 3 weeks later. Here's how: I tweaked my resume based on your suggestions which helped me to get 6 interviews; your advice helped me to answer questions much more effectively than I would have done on my own, then I was able to negotiate a verbal offer that resulted in 10% increase over the initial offer. Best of all, your advice helped me to change my mindset in dealing with employers and I'm looking forward to continuing to grow my career. Thank you!!!

7:40 I've always liked the idea of sharing your philosophy first in most behavioral questions. Sure the purpose is to show not tell, but adding your philosophy guides them a little.

I had an annual performance review at one job where my supervisor asked where I saw myself in 5 years and my first thought was "Working somewhere else!!!"

Remember when a job was just a job and you did it even though you hated it to support a family? And you didn't spend every waking hour a slave to corporations?
