This story grind my gears because the IRS rejected my clean vehicle tax credit for 7, 500 and hit me with late fees. They couldn’t tell me why my credit got rejected after hours on the phone, and to think they’re just cutting check to scammers in this amount with no oversight but chasing me for 7500 which I’m eligible for. This whole system needs to be fixed. Ridiculous

IRS won’t even waive the $1300 I owe them or cut me some slack. I picked up an extra gig which changed my tax bracket so that’s why I owe. I’ve been dealing with some changes and reached out and asked if they could do anything …they won’t even cut me a break. I mean if they let me pay half that would even be great. Meanwhile the scammers are making bank.
