Spa day is one of my favorites actually and it always confuses me when people say it’s not a good pack because I use it all the time. The gym clothes are great, the integration into regular gameplay is excellent, build/buy looks really good and doesn’t have to be used for spas exclusively. Pro tip: if you find yourself never actually going to spas, build a spa/fitness center combination. My sims go to the gym all the time and it makes sense to get a massage right after when it’s in the same building. Also, taking the muscle relaxing soak bath gets rid of the sore/tense moodlet sims get after working out too much!

As a Massage Therapist, I was really let down that I couldn’t work as an MT with this pack. I hope they add a Massage Therapist career with this update.

Spa day is honestly one of my favorite packs. When Snowy Escape was released I made a really awesome spa onsen combo. I love all of the build buy items and I use the wallpapers pretty often.

I want the ability to own spas (and gyms), as well as yoga instructor and massage therapist careers! I've put a tiny retail section in the gym/spa I built so that one of my families can "own" it, but since it's technically a retail store, the gameplay is pretty lacking. On that note, it would be *amazing* to have multi-use lots, where you can mark 'lot type' by room.

When your sim has the wellness skill you get a social interaction that can help diffuse bad moods in others. I think it can help them become more focused, inspired and energized depending on which you select.

I use spa day constantly, it’s probably one of my most used packs honestly. Of course I use the sports wear but I especially the build anbd buy items in probably all of my builds and I mix spas in with the hot springs from snowy escape too, I’m excited to see what the update will bring.

Wearing dresses genuinely made my mornings go so much faster and the right dresses are so comfortable, I highly recommend wearing dresses more often!

When you're so acclimatised to covid life that seeing the staff disinfect the chairs 8:56 in between massage clients is so reassuring 😅

It was one of the first ones I bought weirdly. I use it all the time! I never actually placed a spa- I added yoga classes to the gyms, and frequently give my sims meditation stools and yoga mats at home. Sometimes basement saunas!

Honestly, even just adding new swatches to the windows+ doors with non-frosted glass would be GAME CHANGING. And take relatively little effort on their part.

This is one of my favourite packs — my Sims are pampered poodles. Typically I build my own spas. The build/buy is great and my Sims in university use the yoga mats and bath soaks a lot to get into certain moods to study and skill build. Also the active CAS items are great. Almost all of my gyms have yoga studios, massage tables and saunas as well.
