I have two Contixo drones and I really like the products but unfortunately I can no longer do business with this company. Customer service matters. First, their technical support is handled by email and that's a huge red flag for any company. Second, they refused to answer those emails. Third, after a week of trying, I still can't get them to answer their phones or return phone messages. I just don't feel comfortable doing business with a company that puts such low value on customer service. Drones are a high-tech commodity and high-tech commodities require good technical support. With Contixo that support seems to be non-existent. I'm returning my drone for a refund and will not do business with this company again.
