Unlocking The Ecstasy Within

In the depths of your being lies a wellspring of ecstasy – not the fleeting kind that comes from external stimulation, but a profound state of aliveness that arises from within. This ecstasy isn't a single note but rather a symphony composed of different elements, each contributing its unique quality to the whole. Understanding these elements and how they interweave creates a map for accessing your own inner treasures.

Inner love is perhaps the most fundamental element of this ecstasy. Unlike romantic love or familial love, inner love isn't dependent on any external object or person. It's the natural radiance of your own being, the warm glow of self-acceptance that exists prior to all judgment and conditions. This love isn't something you need to create or earn – it's already there, like the sun behind clouds, waiting to be discovered.

Innate joy differs from happiness that depends on external circumstances. This joy isn't about getting what you want or avoiding what you don't want – it's the natural bubbling up of life force within you. Think of how young children laugh and play for no reason other than the sheer delight of being alive. I'm impressed with this episode. I had a challenge the day before yesterday. I felt fear, frustration and anger.
