Why is it when I save a vr video, the objects that are further away are doubled and its making me dizzy. It happens when I'm trying to view in 3d

Hello Sir. I was hoping you might tell me how to fix the black circles on the top and bottom of the 360 videos? I'm using premiere elements. My workflow is usually trim video in instastudio, add music in adobe premiere elements and then inject metadata with spatial media software. Love your videos by the way, most helpful.
