Do you think this is a good computer for school?

I have the C330 (Lenovo) from last year and just purchased the HP chromebook x360 14a on a black Friday sale ($179). My older Lenovo has an IPS display and colors seem much better than the HP. Lenovo res is 1366 x 768. The HP is 1920 x 1080. Which has the technically better display? The Lenovo seems better.

I have this device and you have to mention the overheating issue, making clacking noises when it does. Annoying that it does that but that's only when the fan is blocked or it's on your lap

Great review with a lot of insight as to why someone would choose this HP x360 over the Asus C434 or the Pixelbook. It's fast! Faster than a Pixelbook Go core i5, faster than the Asus C434. Good keyboard and trackpad. Yeah it's a little heavy at 3.7 lbs and larger but unless you're carrying it around all day in a backpack, it's the best choice especially if you can find it on sale. I need a Chromebook as a device I can leave on my desk and coffee table or take on trips and can open quickly in a couple of seconds to do something fast on the web. If I'm gonna spend $1, 000 or close to it, I'm getting a Dell XPS 13 or a Thinkpad x1 Carbon. That's just the way it is. As mentioned, great review. You should invest in a clip on microphone and an LED light on a tripod as it would really bring up the quality of the video production.

would you please tell me something about the display brightness? is there anything wrong with having the brightness set to 80 or 90 percent all the time? (note: I will use this at home, and can have it plugged in all the time, so no problem with battery.)

Dude, u forgot GPU support for Linux apps 🙌🙌🙌 Ive just got this device it's just fantastic 😀, also runs GoPro Quik like a boss 💣 love it 🤪😀🙌 I had chromebook and chromeOS anxiety as there not popular at all over the pond, nobody knows what chromeOS is🤣🤣🤣 it runs my work Vdi like a total bitch 🙌🙌🙌 its way faster than my actual iGel unit at my desk. I'm way more productive working from home 🤣 the best laptop I've ever used 🙌🙌🙌
