Yes, that's because they are created with Electron. With Electron you can create desktop applications using html, css and js. Whatsapp, Twitch, MS Teams, Figma and even Discord are other examples of applications created with it

Hey bro live server doesn't really work in my vs code idk why, I always have to open with live server to see updated result if i reload my page my page doesn't gets updated, and with react? Man it doesn't do anything
