my roommate has been doing a shuffle similar but he aproaches from the corners. he tried to do this with one of my decks with my rhystic study. I almost got arrested for murder that day.

If you ever see someone shuffle like this, they are usually a genuine collector, they are their cards, so they don't care about the condition, also if they have it with them, their "trade" binder is A, damn near impossible to get anything out of, and B usually have nothing but play sets of very nice cards
