RTiC has a beer opener and a chain for both drains so you don’t lose the plug. Yeti doesn’t. I own both. RTiC better design, Yeti better durability.

It isn’t a knock off, they’re probably made in the same factory, just branded different.

The RTIC 45 is 45 quarts.
I don’t know why Yeti calls it the 45.

There’s only like 5 molds. OST if these brands just buy the same mold cast (including yeti), tweak the cast for the lid, add on some custom latches, and slap their sticker on there. It’s that easy.

Literally the same cooling and build quality. I have both and the rtic performs the same. Don’t waste your money on the yeti. It’s overpriced and you’re only paying for the name.

So apparently a yeti executive left the company and started his own or joined rtic and started copying their designs. Only reason why rtic has 2 drain holes is bc they had to do that in able to avoid a lawsuit from yeti

RTIC with dual drains has worked for me very well. The coolers are heavy. I don’t care to move around to drain the water.❤

You forgot to speak on the big price disparity. RTIC it is.

Do not fool yourself. They are essentially the same cooler. Probably made in the same factory. In fact, you can actually buy unbranded coolers for cheap in bulk and just slap your own logo on it.
