I have a bestie like this, and bcs she is the richest among us so sometimes she will pay for us😅
For example, we want to drink in low budget coffee shop, but she insisted there is this new hype expensive and instagrammable coffee shop that we should try
In the end the majority lost to her, and when we want to pay for our bill, the waitress said she already paid them all, ofc we wanted to pay her back but she rejected us

When I had spare money in my youth from my job it was so fun buying my friends things. I always offered though, they never expected it of me. And my friends have paid for a meal for me. Several times. Manicures. Shopping. Trips! Shoes! I mean when you are a friend it doesn’t occur to you to keep tabs on your buddies. It only takes one to ruin it though. Only one to start taking advantage of you to make you rethink.

Ohhhh yes I know that feeling, I remember that, I don't recommend it, I always paid for everything and I mean everything! Because I worked and I could afford it, but I also felt so bad for her because she was unable to work so I always just wanted her to treat her the same as myself, she kinda abused of my kindness and the friendship ended without her talking about it. I'm not surprised she's changed I want people to know that you should never give too much of your money and your kindness because you don't get it back. Sometimes it's just best to look out for yourself, I say it because she knew that I was going through the toughest times and she didn't care she kept just expecting me to pay for her every time I was at the store if she went with me. I'm happy we're not "BFF " you can do without those types of people. You can always be your own bff. God bless! ❤❤❤

I once had this one friend i made during my pre-uni year. She is an only child with lavish background. We are both from high-income family so i know what it’s like being that rich. But her lifestyle was not my cup of tea tbh. She would spend endless money from online shopping and often would go out to popular places that aren’t cheap too because she could. Whereas I was raised by strict parents that values money so I am living somehow like a moderate-income family though my parents are rich too. So when we were hanging out, I would always feel alienated by her because of our stark differences. I’m glad the friendship ended there. Also i was the one that cut her off, best decision ever to me.
