I don't mind at all any of the laws regarding gacha rates and/or daily playing. I think it's long overdue that gacha gets more regulation as well as any addiction creating practices.

Changing to weekly system would be nice but need to up the resin amount stored or rid of the resin system 🤔

Welkin is easy to fix, they just have to make it so that even if you skip a day it won't make you miss one of the thirty Welkin rewards

Yeah nothing is gonna happen, the proposed laws got canned and the person responsible for them was fired. It affected the market in such a negative way.

Just a reminder that we also have resin.we gotta log in everyday so it doesnt cap out and regenerate all the time. Unless they raise the cap i dont see not logging in genshin everyday be a thing

I honestly hope that Genshin improves on the gatcha. As someone who has ass luck, getting a direct purchase option or making it guaranteed during your first 80 pulls is a huge change.

I've always wondered why the welkin doesn't give you the gems you paid for when you don't login 1 day. It would not do anyone any harm if you still got them offline

weekly objectives/rewards will at least help with managing freetime and do other stuff.. doing maybe 4 missions in 1 day thats worth the 280 gems is very efficient

Yeah none of those predatory mechanics going away affects me negatively . I understand that a f2p gotta finance itself and be profitable, but forced daily logins are exhausting . If anything whenever i already got issues with a game, noticing that i gotta log just for daily rewards not because i enjoy the game anymore, is a huge red flag and signal that i gotta stop . Hell that's what happened with Genshin (which i ditched for essentially HSR) . I still might have played Genshin today, if i was mostly incentivized to come back with new content ... instead i had a burn out

I think china cares more about their society than americans....so if they say kids playing to much, then they are playing to much. Parents dont habe their childrens best interests in mind SPECIFICALLY in america. not getting my personal info fam...this is a video game...leave it at that or just say no video games period.
