Mt. Kalugong is part of La Trinidad which is under the province of Benguet and not Mt. Province

The sad thing about Baguio is that many locals(often young folks) are mad about tourists, often pertaining to them as “taga baba”. Madalas nagpaparinig pa na “mga taga baba kasi punta ng punta dito Kaya nagttraffic e”. You don’t hear this with other places in the Philippines. Very disappointing
