I've got a 2018 RX 350 F-Sport. Sure, I don't have all the new tech upgrades but I can definitely confirm that this is a reliable vehicle. I've only taken it in for routine maintenance and in my 2 years of owning the vehicle have only experienced ONE technical issue that was really no fault of the vehicle and fixed itself the next time I started the car (one clogged/water covered parking sensor during a very heavy thunderstorm that was giving a false positive, so I just muted the alert sound for that short trip).

I can definitely confirm the Lexus RX reliability. I've got a 2004 RX330 with over 274, 000 miles on it now. It has needed a few repairs, but overall has been so reliable. It's also amazing that the trip odometer controls are in the exact same spot on my car that's 16 model years older. Never change Toyota.

Other than infotainment, this is every Toyota/Lexus product I've ever driven. Everything works, buttons for everything, easy to drive, seating position and comfort is on point, no weird vibrations, no rough ride, no "enthusiast" suspension". It just works so well.
