5:15 thats why even if it is legal you should just make the right turn to avoid blind corners from other vehicles blocking your view. Hit the next intersection and find a better place to turn and get back on your route. It'll cost you a minute or two but dealing with a collision will eat up a lot more of your time in the long run.
