To anyone thinking about purchasing products from
Underground Auto, please know that this company provides exceptional customer
service!  I can’t say enough good things
about how well I was treated! I ordered a wing for my Polaris Slingshot which
was delivered by UPS in a battered and torn package. The wing survived, but
screws and mounting tape were missing. I contacted underground via email, corresponded
with Melany and was told the missing parts would be sent immediately. A week
went by and no parts arrived, another email to Melany and they sent a second
set of parts. During his time I received a sealed package from the US postal
service containing what was left of the first shipment of parts! Today the second
shipment arrived, the wing was attached and it looks great. Bottom-line Underground
stood by their products and corrected a situation that wasn’t even their fault!
They went so far as to send me a third set of parts, which I offered to return,
but was told to keep them anyway. Great company, great customer service-Thanks
Melany! I will definitely do business with them again!
