pretty much spot on agree with this - only thing that ended up really bothering me about it was the inconsistent bullet collision, otherwise, it's a great game to knock out over a weekend :)

I really love that mouse vs controller when it comes to reviews and critique... debates? I never could get down with precision mouse movements but I can do precision joystick movements. always fun to see how different devs utilize and experiment around with different control schemes and the UI. I want to try it.

Some would see the lack of guidance to the next objective as a good thing rather than a missing quality of life feature. Having no objective marker encourages exploration and for a metroidvania this is a good thing yea?
