you the best! usually am Data entry we review crf notes enter into EDC system i guess CDM or CDC review, check for discrepancy raise query send to the site for correction and send annotation database administrator for error update and receive it back update, review again freeze and lock database! but i guess my group as Data entry does the difficult job receive scanned note and enter all info we could find about patient from all sites and then save into database that all i know.we work on different sites as scheduled too also we work on different crf note of patients thats build according to specs by the bio statistician and we have to work with variable data expected to be collected from the note crf build can be complicated at times to derive accuracy and effectiveness to meet deliverables and efficiency of data to be collected and stored in EDC.
