More epic adventures on the way. Don’t forget to subscribe! Thank you all for allowing me to do what I love, Joel.

You sounded like a proper Range Rover owner when you said “it broke down but that could happen to any car” 😂

Mate, if you keep putting out bangers like this, your channel is going to explode!

Not even gone past Glasgow he’s got a smoking exhaust, steaming engine bay and a engine warning light.
This is why I don’t want a Range Rover 🤣

I guess Land Rover's bad reliability reputation isn't unjustified.

Land Rover. Turning owners into mechanics since 1948.

Respect the amount of effort gone into this video - despite the breakdown!

Car could possibly be leaking fuel and Joel decides to have a lye down 😂

Joel, you've really transcended the 'car dude' channel genre and have turned into a legitimate short film maker-sincerely and literally. You see things the way and artist does, and know how to capture that and share it via beautiful and evocative images, and communicating with unique point of view and a real sincerity that shines through. I know that's not the easiest thing to do driving along alone or sitting in the middle of nowhere talking into a camera...! Along with, of course, some awesome and insightful car content...and as an '03 Z4 3.0 owner I obviously appreciate that as well. You've got a special talent at this, which is pretty rare amidst the usual basic stuff that rolls by endlessly here (nothing wrong with them, they're just doing something very different from what you do with these.) Think you're going to have a very interesting future making all kinds of content, on many platforms, as a genuine visual artist. Not a lot of people that start one of these can truly make a career out of it, you definitely can. I know a little a bit about what I'm talking about here, so trust me lol. Cheers and keep up the great work...!

A land rover breaking down? Never saw that coming

I did this trip in a 16 year old Lexus LS430 with 120k miles on the clock and orginal tired air suspension.
The fuel filler cap string that let it hang while I fill, broke. I was livid.

Man you never disappoint with your videos. Thank you for this, after I'm done watching this, I'm gonna watch Clarkson's race against the God again.

Fair play for staying so calm when things went wrong. Great video as always, the fact it stopped you completing the challenge didn't take anything away from the video in the slightest

its 2021. We don't ignore warning lights, we clear them. Nice video

I love the transparency of the video, well done Joel, I would like to buy this exact Range rover vogue, my favourite colour from the inside, love it.

About 20y ago I was working across the road from Harrods in London, I left there at 19:00 sat Eve in a Astra 1.7 Diesel van, I arrived at Wigan, . At 21:40, didn't stop and floored it, but that was what there wasn't as many speed cams on the M way, I don't think it could be done now.

Classic Land Rover! My Discovery prematurely ended a trip last year due to a pretty hefty diesel peak, and had to take the big silver taxi home (courtesy of the RAC).
