Forgot Lloyd Fredendall, who divided his forces and never gave them propper orders. Also forgot of Tommy Franks, who went crying to David Petraus for help in Iraq. There is also William George Keith Elphinstone, who is still titled with 'The worst general ever.'

Graziani was bad but he was definitely not one of the worst commanders in history. After all he did well in the Senussi War and in Ethiopia.

Of course, you could fill up this whole list with terrible Italian and Russian Generals.

The only good Russian Generals to me are Alexei Brusilov, Salza, and Zhukov. The only good Italian Generals to me are Armando Diaz, Julius Caesar (Romans are from Italy, so that makes them Italian), and Giuseppe Garibaldi.
