That kitchen in the main house is so underwhelming for that price. The spaces in the home have been so underutilized! I’m sure that is what the owner wanted. Massive house though.

This design is a mall design. Not for a house to turn into a home.

The inside looks like it cold be use for a conference room.

The main door has a gap at the top and bottom.

Look at the front space and how long the rooms are. Such land must have square spacious rooms.

The kitchen is small and ugly.

$1.8 million for a house that not all rooms have large walk-in closest?

A house with 10 Bedrooms, How did people get the money to build Americanized houses.
Moreover the Swimming Pools are hard to maintain you know.

Trassaco has the worst finishing in Ghana. Trassaco estate is the first building effort by Perricone, Villagio Apartments came in later hence finishing was much better. The popularity in trassaco doesn't live up to the hype. Many new developments have much better finishing.
