In OTB chess, my opponent fell for this trap one year ago. Really a nice one which is tough to identify till it's played.

Note: At 2:30 if Black plays Qc4 instead of Qe7 and then after Ng5 black can play Qd3 and defend the h7 square. But then comes the move pawn to e4! Now black can't defend the h7 square!
