Is it true that attorneys % fees are limited to 20% (no court) to 25%(for court) using the FTCA. If an attorney is in business to make money why would he ever pick a FTCA method. Attorneys i have talked to an met with all want 33% to 40% with expenses paid by the client. That runs it up to 50%. IS there anything that requires attorneys to use the FTCA Along with the CLJA and the PACT?

What do you mean Congress allowed? Congress meaning the congregation of the church? If so even having a congress is a clear violation of the seperation of church and government. It doesn't aimply mean congress can not inact a law about a place of worship. It means that church is to be uninvolved in government affairs. Uninvolved means no congregation, no congress. Before church was invented how did governments operate?
