Easiest Football Trading Strategy (Make Money Betfair Trading)

There are many football trading strategies out there for both pre-off and in play trading. The easiest strategy I have come across so far when trading football is the anticipation of a drift in a football team's odds before the start of the game.
The strategy involves laying the football team in match odds market and then backing them at higher odds following the release of important team news.

Although this is a football trading strategy, it crucially doesn't rely on what is happening during the game itself, you will have cashed out for a profit before a ball has even been kicked!

Odds between 1.8 and 2.2 are always the fastest. that's where you want to be, really, either going up or coming down.

Does backing with small stakes (like 10 pounds or less) or laying (expecting someone to back my lay odds also with less than 10 pounds) make it sure that I'll get matched?

What do you think of the idea that instead of trading out the profit across all 3 outcomes you should use it as a free bet? Of course it means you do all that for no gain on 2 out 3 outcomes so its not consistent profit but if you a model that helps track value then your winnings should be even larger over a season. At least so goes my theory😂, I've never tested it.

The principal is sound, unfortunately others will always get this news before you can, so the move has always finished before you get there.

I’m new to matched betting and trying to get my head around certain aspects. If you lay at low odds, before the match and the odds increase before kick of, like the examples you give, you can trade out your lay bet for a profit, so I’m trying to understand your example when you say you should back the bet, when the odds increase. I’m assuming that the guaranteed profit from either bet winning will be higher than if you trade out your lay bet. Is this correct? Thanks

Try this one
Lay under 1.5g at 1.69 any match that is 0-0 at half time
If goal comes green up but leave 20% more profit on the over 1.5g
If you get matched and no goal at 73 mins take the loss

You can also do this on the under 2.5g if the home fav is leading 1-0 at half time
Your liability should always be the same on all trades so make sure your stakes are not to high for some matches as you will miss opportunity's

Also look out for games that are getting close to half time, there may be opportunity's there. check the in play stats first to see if goals are likely.

If you can get 50% right you will make profit.

Good look Kie
