Hey, just curious if you might have an answer for me. I’ve searched everywhere and can’t find an answer.

My question is “is it legal to switch throwing hands in the middle of a round/inning according to acl rules”?

The reason I ask this is I injured my dominant shoulder and had to have reconstructive shoulder surgery… now I can throw with both hands and certain angles/shots are easier to throw with my “non dominant” hand. If you are able to answer I would greatly appreciate it. I’ve searched and asked for about 2 weeks with no results or answers.

Edit: any and all answers are welcome. Also if anyone could include their source that would be great as well.
