Frontera Taco Skillets 'Carnitas' Review

Hi, I've been a chef for around 10 years now, and this is a simple review of the item-
Frontera Taco Skillets Carnitas "Gourmet Taco Skillet From The Kitchen Of Rick Bayless"

Cost, between $7.99-$9.99

To put it simply, it has a bit of a mushy gummy texture, although the flavor fairly decent.

By the time it is cooked and ready (the item comes frozen) the vegetables are a bit overcooked, and lack any of the crunch that accompanies freshly cooked vegetables. I didn't weigh the pork, but it appears that the total amount of pork included in this package is roughly 5 ounces, which is a very small amount for an item that is listed as 2 servings per container.
