Tips for installation:
1. Modem, enable 2.4GHz WPS
2. Printer Cable (recommended)
3. Disc Driver or download from website
4. Brother iPrint&Scan app from appstore

I brought this printer today, pretty stink it doesn't include a cable with it of which I didn't realise until I got the printer home and opened everything. From reading most questions, it proves that the manual instructions are not easy for the average person who is not tech savvy to understand and follow. I myself am slowly setting this thing up of which I may give up soon and get my grand child to do because it's frustrating haha.

Hi, i do not have wifi at home. Just wonder is that possible i use my handphone mobile data hotspot to use it as a WiFi for the printer?

I have installed the printer and it is able to print when cable connected to my laptop. Mobile printing is also done and printer is connected to WiFi network. My question is: How come I cannot print from laptop without the cable connected to printer? I thought should be able to print from laptop wirelessly too. Would you know? Thanks.

I have just bought this printer and I can’t get it to print from my iPhone. You mention a printer cable I didn’t get one in the box but it did come with a cd rom but I have nowhere to put it in. I’ve been onto brother support but still no joy. Any suggestions

I buy for this model and install the drive accordingly. However. I have facing printer can't communicate via WiFi. What the issue? Can you explain further. FYI. From PC I can print.
