10 Sound Effects on the Theremin

I always had an interest in random sound effect producing instruments. A theremin is one such strange thing that produces music without touch. With only the waving of your hands, you can make various sounds at various loudness and pitch. Watch me demonstrate the instrument as well as produce some interesting sounds!

The Day the Earth Stood Still movie brought me here today 12/9/20 as I just finished watching it and which I haven't seen in at least 10 years but saw it several times through the decades since the 1960s as a teen; if it hadn't been for the commentator that it was used in this movie I wouldn't have known. I definitely recognized the sound at 2:48 in this movie with Gort opening his facial strip and ready to disintegrate.
