90 days of dedication and still my students are stronger than me 🥲 nevertheless I’m proud of myself for giving it my all and even more proud of my students who put in the hard work as well. They showed themselves and their fellow students that hard work pays off! I definitely felt more energetic at the end of the challenge and there is definitely nothing of that energy left after the newborn stage 💀 I will be back at it but for now it’s time to put my time and energy towards my little man 🤍🩵

I started going to the gym five days a week two weeks ago. I had been working out at home for two months before.
I immediately realized I'm not pushing myself at the gym cuz I was afraid of dropping the weights on myself.
So, I got a personal trainer. It's expensive, but even though it's the same workout plan, the workout completely transformed. having someone there to push you out of your comfort zone is huge.
I just wish my trainer would let me rest a little more than 30 seconds between sets!!
And eating, boy that's hard!!!
