I saw Deion in an interview a couple months before he got offered the Colorado job and when he was asked if he’d entertain an offer from a bigger school he did say yes. He said “I gotta look at that and consider it..” I really respected how he didn’t sugarcoat the answer or try to avoid it. Obviously shortly after that he landed the CU job and wound up taking it. I wish him the best of luck there! He’s a real one. #Prime 21

I'm a Denver boy and I'm all for Dion doing this.
Got a co-worker who's a Panthers fan talking about not knowing if Dion can coach and isn't buying the hype. Fan of the same team just paid their coach 60 million to leave Carolina talking about Prime.
I don't know if he can coach D1 talent. No coach that's ever coached D1 for the first time knew if they could do it. But his name carries, he has coached, he knows the game, I like his core beliefs as a coach. CU won 1 game last year and had half empty stadium.
Bet it's full and 400% more wins year one.
Bet his contact pays for itself year 1.
