Guides hit it for me when they said not to judge the emotional self and put it in shadow. As I have read the trilogy books I found myself awash with first anger then later books sadness and anxiety. It was puzzling to me. I loved what the Guides said about allowance and acceptance of the emotional self. Bring it out to the light so it may be reknown. Thank you thank you thank you.

Thank you so much for posting this segment. Without getting into my 'specifics', I had to stop the video about five times and just LAUGH. Not at the content, but with it. We all know Spirit has a sense of humor, and there were several 'insider joke' moments for me. Like the ceiling that's been missing from my middle room the past two years lol.

My crown chakra activated quite palpably with this meditation. I've been following since I Am The Word but need frequent reminders, as do we all. Thank you for this 'next level' integration work.
