This time from the #construction industry 🚧

Recently I participated in a 5.5 hours online training.

To begin with, it's good. If that had to be in 2015, that training would definitely be in person.

The problem is, there were only 2 participants for this training, however, 3 employees from the service provider. 🤷‍♀️

For the 100€ participation fee, assigning 3 of your employees 70% of the day doesn't sound viable to me. 🤦‍♀️

This also raises the question, cannot the whole training be done using online lecturing platforms such as Moodle?

This sounds very straightforward, but still not being executed by old-school companies.

Just making the training online, doesn't make it effective.
