I feel a lot of them are still going to be in the dealership parking lot 2 and 3 years from now.

A vehicle that’s slower than a tesla or Hyundai isnt a muscle car, 85orders, what a joke

The Charger’s main market is NOT buying EV. It’s literally the car that makes the least sense to turn electric, just because of the people that own them. These will not sell

The engine noise made me laugh. This thing weighs as much as my 2022 diesel Ram 3500 Laramie 4x4. And not far off from what I paid.

I applaud the effort on Dodge's part but as a former Challenger R/T owner I feel like their core demographic isn't going to buy into this - did anyone even ask for an EV muscle car? - and there are lots of other/better EV options out there that don't suffer from an identity crisis.

This could be a hit if it had a nice V8 in it. Like it is now no way!

I like the car but not enough to spend 70k.. Sorry Dodge but this is just another nail in the coffin ⚰️

It would actually be pretty cool if they had the Hemi powertrains in them. But Dodge chose to completely self destruct by getting rid of the only thing people liked about them.

$70k is an outrageous price for this car.

All companies need to stop replacing gas with electric. Give us options. Make both. Don’t get rid of an iconic car for an ev

There will be dealerships all across the nation going bankrupt holding these paper weights for years because no one wants them and doesn’t want to spend double for a car they’d never purchase in lieu of an actual muscle car

Personally, I really like the style. The Charger really needed a refresh. It would be nice if a gas option was available

70 grand for an electric toy. No, thank you.

I think this car has a lot of potential. If Dodge lowers the price and offers it with a v8, I think it will sell. One of the problems with the Scat Packs and Hellcats is the lack of traction, which would not be a problem with this car due to AWD. An AWD Hellcat charger would be insane.

The only thing missing is a V8..very beautiful, muscular..
Love the interior..

I got my Charger Hellcat 2016 for just $76, 000

Interest rate was 3%.

Payment was $1060 per month with $315 a month insurance.

Much has changed since then - it's not even funny.

For them to increase the price of base Chargers to $40, 000 from $30, 000 and then to increase yet again to $50, 000 for the EV model, is just obscene.

People who hate EV will have no shortage of complaints.

So depressing. I was so excited around 15’ when the Hellcats and the Scat Packs came out. It felt like American again. Commercials were awesome too.

I predict these will be flooding the dealer lots for a good while.

This car looks awesome. They rolled it out the wrong way should have been hybrid and gas powered then electric in small numbers. This is a perfect example of the epa killing companies
