Depending on the receiver processor speed, in actuallity there is not much difference in quantity of data between two method but at lower frequency we could use the pulsating as a way to encrypt data and if good speedy processor we could sent the same or more Data at lower frequency too

2.4GHz is closer to 5 inches in wavelength (4.85in or 12.3cm) and its 5GHz that is about 2 inches (2.15in or 5.45cm)
Wavelength in cm = 30/frequency(GHz)
Wavelength in inches = 11.811/frequency(GHz)
Otherwise a good explanation of the opportunity to modulate the signal in the same time period.

Is there any method to improve the data transmit volume without compromise the travel distance? Example such as with high frequency and also transmit in long distance?

would be very nice if you can add the relation of transmission power here like more watts can send more data or ?
