First of all, let me "Thank you" Mr.Keshav on sharing such wonderful topics of MSSQL Server with us, There are not too many people on the Internet to share and make others understand these basic yet  power house tools available in MSSQL Server.

I must say, I am a fan of your "Youtube Channel", I wanted to learn "Replication an its implementation", even though I was able to learn quite clearly its implementation by going through various blogs/articles/whitePapers online... I was just curious to know as to "How Would a YouTube Online Tutorial" would be, Will it be much more easy than the that I have already referred jus a week back to help me get started with "Replication"..?

if we want to do merge replication for everytime we ran he job it will take snapshot of the db.

Nice video but you need to slow down a bit especially when hopping between the tabs, otherwise great work!
