Thank You for taking the time to do this. I've been a part time seller on eBay since 2004 with only about 510 100% positive feed backs. I've wanted to start again, but my concern is the New Delivery time you have to put into the listing. With all that is going on right now I'm not sure how to fill in that part. My Postman told me they no longer have over time and have to just stop when time runs out and then deliver the undelivered mail the next day. And getting into our post office to send stuff has become a long and painful adventure. I'd just hate to lose my 100% Positive feedback over some shipping delay that I cannot control.

Backgrounds also depend on the item and on the category for toys a white background doesn't sell very well I can list the same thing with a white background and a colored background for the same price with the same information cut and paste from one to another same description. The one with the white background has never sold first in 15 trials of this

You just have to go with the flow don’t be scared of something that has 1000 items look at them study them list accordingly and keep it moving. But yeah I don’t know anything about eBay I’m only 4 months in 12k in sales over 250 sales just saying don’t be scared and keep it rocking

I just talked with Ebay today and was told that auctions are going to be cut with managed payments until they work out the kinks. So if a store has 250 auction listings they will turn into 250 more buy it now best offer listings. Was curious if you knew this?

Auction Professor, I wish the Emperor would leave the USPS alone. Unfortunately, for political reasons, he isn't. As a result, I'm wondering how the inevitable lag in shipping time (due to no more overtime for postal carriers) will affect eBay's Guaranteed Delivery and seller performance ratings.
