Looking forward to more on the S-Line and Virginia beginning on their side of the project! This project will even benefit existing service between Richmond and Petersburg with the additional track(s), allowing passenger and freight trains to operate better together. It would be nice to see more on the Charlotte Gateway station though... the test train ran in 2022 and we haven't seen any major updates since then...

How about improving rail safety by complete grade separation in Raleigh? Sounds like there's millions of dollars available for rail work.
