Tips: If they catch you awake, say you were checking the time or fixing your pillow(s)/bedding.(say it in a tired voice)

If you hear footsteps always put your device under something, don’t put it out in the open, cause they might get suspicious and take it(at least my parents do that)
When they leave the room, don’t get up right away, just keep laying there for like 1-2 mins, if you can’t wait cause you feel like you might accidentally smile or something, pretend to have a bad dream or just pretend to wake up.

If they catch you eating, say you were way to hungry to “go back to sleep” or if it’s like gum or like a candy in your mouth, say that you were getting a cough drop(or something else along those lines)
If you can, try to hide it under your sheets/pillow/blanket.

If they just catch you and you can’t do anything, then just admit to them that they caught you, and say that you won’t do it again.(at least try lol)
