I am so grateful that I have been able to see Paul in concert. It was at the Royal Albert Hall in London in 2016. I will never forget it. Paul’s personality came through…..it wasn’t just him singing and performing his songs to the audience….it was a show that was like you were his friends at his place. It felt personal and intimate. He is so much more than a great musician. He is a deep thinking soul, who has moved so many generations. He’s covered every emotion…..and left an impact on everyone who ever listens to him speak and sing. That’s my humble opinion anyway. ❤

Love of my life. And I am not ashamed to admit this. He isn't only a huge part of my life, he is a part of myself. I would not be what I am without him. I am fifty years old and loved him from the Sixties on. May he be healthy and happy and live forever.

Paul Simon's voice is so soothing, I love to hear him explain the little details of how he comes at creating a song. It's both fascinating and a melody all its own.

10:26 Paul McCartney said the same, his best songs just came to him and he doesn't even know how.

What a precise thinker Paul Simon is!

Paul Simon speaking about his childhood musical discoveries reminds me of myself. At least one of us became creative.

Hes so special....hey Paul!!....its very interesting that his lyrics never came me, maybe half of the songs I ve ever written, start with phrasing n the guitar work first will inspire vocal melody. You never know....it is kinda strange. I never work very hard on making one happen though, they usually come fairly easy to start. To finish them is another story...Paul has given us some of the Bob n Mr. of the AllStars favorite again for this interview

His recordings, his song writing really became heavily reliant on rhythms - African, South American etc - I wis he would make an album of songs that were like those Brill Building songs - under three minutes with a strong hook - catchy pop songs like Feeling Groovy, Red Rubber Ball, etc -

Bridge Over Troubled Water would have seemed to be appropriate for Ground Zero as well.

This is filmed in a movie-teater I've been to many times. Would prefer to meet Paul Simon instead of watching a new movie though :)

I agree with Paul Simon that CD’s are just too long. I thought so when they first appeared and continue to think so but that may be a moot point nowadays.

Paul seems down and very slight malaise....Im not sure if it means he is depressed or tired from traveling. Jet lag can kick your butt.
