I must be inept or have a detective drone. I can't get it past calibration. I do everything step by step, but the blue light goes solid. Nothing much happens after repeating this over and over. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Nothing. I'm beyond frustrated.

May sound like a stupid question, but how do you turn the controller off? This is my first drone - I've never flown one before. I got it over a month ago, charged it up and then put it back in the case.The units paired just fine but I couldn't figure out how to get it going, and figured I'd put it up and wait for my son to come over to help get it going. The drone turned off just fine, I closed the app, and this controller will not shut down. I press the power key once and it says key to off. then it tries to connect again. I long press on the controller and it does the same thing. It finally turned off after 5 minutes, but it'd be nice to know how to power it down immediately.

I finally took mine out of the box I assume it's the same as what it says on the overlay card HS 360 s it's been in this box since July so of course I have no idea what is wrong

Has anyone had issues with take off? Flew it only once now it doesn’t take off. Keeps asking to recalibrate compass multiple times. Spent entire battery to do it still won’t take off

The battery on mine was low so I returned is to the ground but in the process auto land took over due to low battery and it crashed now one of my motors is warped. Does anyone know if this is covered under warranty or how to fix it
