I still have my DDJ SZ I love it. I’ve had it serviced 1 time and imo this is the best pioneer has made. I do like some of the new features on the newer models but I’ll stick with a classic reminds me of my 1200s

It seems like it’s worth spending 1/3 more to get the XZ as it’s not just a very expensive controller and then you don’t have to bother with a laptop apart from when you want 3+ decks. I really hope they update the XZ soon though with a much better screen like the R3 or Opus. I wonder when rekordbox stems will actually sound good enough to use (like the competition)

I have a DDJ-1000 and the new features are available with remapping. I have to say the new features are great but Pioneer need to work on their stem separation algorithm. They’re far behind Serato
