Eida got a power with her eyes that gives her an omnipotence that allows her to not only see everything happening in the present, but look into the past as well.
eida can only be defeated by the otsutsuki clan or her blood relatives. just like daemon, eida was created by amado with the goal of taking jigen down. jigen ordered to get rid of her in order to protect himself, but boro failed to accomplish this task due to eida's special ability

Eida stated herself that her Taijutsu is weak in chapter 59 page no. 17 and she also stated that her ability didn't work on Jigen and pure otsutsukis in chapter 57 page no. 37 (we already know that Jigen isn't pure otsutsuki neither Kawaki so that means Her ability won't work even on non full blooded otsutsukis) So, Any Otsutsuki > Eida low diff even Urashiki > Eida. so, Kaguya > Eida low diff
