I think what people forget is that the only reason Giyu spared Nezuko was because he saw her actively protect Tanjiro not because she was his sister. I think it depends whether or not she shows those qualities fast enough for any of the hashira to think twice

No u can't forget Giyu didn't kill nezuko immediately
He just took away Nezuko from Tanjiro to avoid danger and after that he did listen to Tanjiro

during giyuu gaiden story she said that demon slayers only kill evil demons, and if a demon decided to starve themselves, she'd take them in w. undying love.
when sanemi was bullying nezuko, she was pissed + was going against him
she even treated the nezuko situation by putting it on "trial" until rengoku said to execute nezuko this instant
she also mentions how she wants to carry her sister's dream of befriending demons, as much as she doesn't believe it, she has hopes for nezuko

Muichiro would probably hear Tanjiro out but then insult him for being so stupid and actually thinking that a good demon would exist. He'd probably look at her and see what she's gonna do and if she moves even an inch he would kill her on the spot which would make tanjiro very mad and he'd attack muichiro but he would just knock him out and say he's pathetic or something. Muichiro seems to be very calm but he actually insults a lot, is the 3rd strongest hashira and often even hits people getting in his way.

I'm imagining Sanemi tries to prove the point to Tanjiro by trying to have Nezuko attack Tanjiro or himself, only to be floored when she not only defends Tanjiro but refuses to go after his Marechi blood. I mean can you imagine how much that would trigger Sanemi, knowing that Nezuko still has control of herself when his mother didn't even hesitate to kill their entire family?

Shinobu became a Hashira after Kanae's death and I'm pretty sure that happened not long after the beginning of the story unless I'm mistaken.
And Mui was confirmed to become a Hashira 4 MONTHS after first picking up a sword meaning he went through all training and final selection most likely in 2 or 3 months total while Tanjiro was most likely still in training with Urokodaki at that time.

If Kanae was the one to encounter Tanjiro and Nezuko in ep 1 I think she'd spare the 2 because from what I've heard, she was one of the few that wanted to befriend the demons someway so she'd definitely listen to Tanjiro's words and if Nezuko didn't pose a threat, Kanae would most likely help them and maybe even take them with her to train Tanjiro and maybe find a way to cure Nezuko

For Sanemi's story, Tanjiro would still be very pissed at him for killing his sister, but due to Sanemi's past he may take Tanjiro under his wing instead of Urokodaki because they've been in similar situations, but Sanemi had enough black air force energy to kill his own mother after she became a demon, but Tanjiro would never do that because he is very loyal to his family no matter what they become.

This isn't confirmed but it is very possible.

I think Tanjiro and Nezuko would definitely have a chance to survive with Giyu and Mitsuri. For Shinobu-san, maybe, but they'll have to try really hard or maybe theyll pick Shinobu's interest and shell bring Nezuko in for some research purposes? As for the others, theyll have NO chance at all for Nezuko to survive. However, as some other commenter also says, I deeply believe that NOBODY would kill Tanjiro as he is human. No hashira would kill any human, theyll just knock him out and kill Nezuko (the demon)

I think you missed something very important to mention that all the hashira will refuse to believe in the goodness of neztku, and they will try to kill her at first but tanjiro will interpret and hashira will try to stop him from interfering or they may try to kill him, because he is defending a demon and at this point nezuko will defend her brother like it happened in the anime .
This thing will change a lot of bugs in response to the situation!
