Thousands of people have turned out for an opposition march in Poland's capital Warsaw. Former prime minister and opposition leader Donald Tusk is trying mobilize supporters ahead of parliamentary elections in just two weeks.

Opposition leader Donald Tusk is leading the protest rally, dubbed the 'march of a million hearts' -- he's calling it the last chance to save democracy in Poland. Thousands of people from across the country have gathered in central Warsaw. Tusk has accused the right-wing government of a vicious campaign against his party. Polls suggest the election will be too close to call.

Nationalism is a shared identity! Elections seem to destroy that notion these days. Whatever happened to together we stand, divided we fall!

I lack confidence in the opposition’s reform agenda extending beyond their quest for power. Based on what I’ve observed, there appears to be a lack of clear vision, a concrete plan, or the competence required to achieve meaningful reform. While I understand that politicians need to secure votes and sometimes campaign on populist issues, I’m willing to support them as long as I believe it will ultimately lead to well-thought-out, vision-driven policies. The idea of running for office with a lackluster platform centered around the notion of “we’re not as bad as our opponents” is quite unappealing to me. In fact, I may find other more engaging activities to pursue than voting in the upcoming election.

Fiasco, this madness, those people are dangerous for Poland .l 'm not surprising that option is a favorite to Germany because they represent their business not myself and my country.

It was never explained why "this is the end of Poland's democracy" -- as it was described many times.
