We are thrilled to announce ThroughLine by SingleThread, a new cinematic dining experience presented by OpenTable that will take place at The Lodge at Blue Sky in Park City, Utah and Wildflower Farms in Hudson Valley, and New York City in early 2025. This winter, we invite you to join us as we take this new concept on the road.
Expanding on the success of our 2024 residency, Title Page at Blue Sky, ThroughLine invites our guests further, offering a narrative where every dish tells a story and invites guests to journey deeper into their dining experience by pairing a 12-course Omakase-inspired tasting menu with an eight-part film series directed by Emmy-nominated Justin Taylor Smith. These evocative short films will explore the artistry behind each dish, the people, and the food systems that bring it to life. Designed to entertain, educate, and create a strong connection to the nuanced stories behind the dishes, the films will spark conversation and curiosity that guests will explore with our chefs throughout the evening.
Together with OpenTable, as well as Miele and Audi, ThroughLine will debut in Park City, Utah in February 2025, before traveling to Hudson Valley, NY, and New York City. The residency will be hosted in an intimate 14-seat setting, with reservations available through OpenTable.
