I just wanted you to know that I notice how Matt speaks differently to Ed - a little higher volume and more clear enunciation. He’s just helping his good friend stay in the loop and accommodating his hearing challenges. To me it sounds like Love and Respect. Endearing stuff Matt. You’re a good human.

I love that Matt doesn't make the customer feel bad when he drove that first one out. A clear explanation about the way things work and all is good. :-)

I love how Matt doesn’t make people feel dumb… he is like it happens to everyone and keeps it way cool. That’s one of the million reasons why I love this channel.

Lizzie is fast becoming one of the most useful members of the team and is so much more comfortable in front of the camera - good to see.👍😁

"I'm lazy, " says Matt, a man who has demonstrated for us over and over on this channel how hardworking he is. 👍

An all girls recovery was great, I love Trevor's sense of humour "an honoury girl" 🤣🤣
Seriously that was a great recovery. That was quite a variety of recoveries today, excellent entertainment qudos to Jaymie and Lizzy and Erica. 😊👍

Look at Liz. Giving orders and taking lead. That's experience starting to show itself.

Man, Trevor never fails to entertain. He's my favorite character (after Ed of course Ed is legend), like the soul of the company.

Good recoveries, as usual. Trevor made such a good "honorary girl." Jeez, Matt, why'd you have to go mess up Jamie's Jeep? Jamie, it's so good seeing you finally coming out and into your own. When I first started watching this a couple of years ago, you were always in the background, almost part of the woodwork, so to speak - you are really starting to shine! And Lizzie has become so competent in her working her part of the job, it's really good to see. At least this Razor was only stuck, and didn't have the usual broken suspension parts, with a wheel lying flat on the ground. Why doesn't Sand Hollow develop some way of putting up signage, temporary or otherwise, to warn people of these sand traps? Matt, you could be the consultant on where to put the signs, since you're familiar with all the places people get stuck.

Friendly, nice, no cussing, kind to the customer, expertise beyond compare. It's no wonder you guys are in such demand and your YouTube channel is doing so well! Keep up the great work!

I pulled someone out of a snow bank earlier this year in Colorado when others couldn't help due to lack tow points. After watching a couple MORR videos I went out and bought some soft shackles. It's come in handy a few times. Thanks for making this channel entertaining and educational!

Matt, I keep forgetting to mention that you should probably replace the crankshaft position sensor on that Vortec 8100 before you permanently mount the body on the wrecker. It's nearly impossible to access with the body on and they tend to break off inside the block because they are long pieces of plastic! just a heads up!

I appreciate the respect for Ed as well as how Jamie steps up and gets right into the job. I watch this not just for the recoveries but for the people who all resound with the good in each of us.

I think this is my favorite video. 1. All girl (Trevor honorary) recovery team 2. Jamie rescuing Matt story. 3. Jamie recovery while still in dress from church. The girls are legends! And growing up in Page, we never had anything nice either.

I was just thinking Jamie should do an all girls rescue - and one comes along :-)
Good on you girls (and honorary girl Trevor).

I was at the shop yesterday, met Lizzie, she was waxing the Banana, I think Carter, saw the immense tow truck, and especially ED. I'm 78 and talking to Ed was great. Fine man. Shared a few stories as old men do. Bought some merchandise, headed north to Fab Rats, they weren't in, so now in Ephrain, going to see Robby's crew and the you know what. Then back home to Lebanon Oregon. (Cooler there)! So, I made this trip to see Matt and crew, Paul and crew, and Robby and crew, Poke to a man at the jct corner in Panguiche, said he knew all crews, spok highly of everyone. He fixed my 7 pin so the r Pod Batts would chg. Super nice guy. 3 out of 4 made my trip so much fun. I'll come dawn again to see Fab Rats. Thanks to every one at Matt's, and Robbies.
